Certified Diabetes Educators

Your expertise and experience is needed in the Every Diabetic Counts program as a Certified Diabetes Educator. You will receive training on a diabetes self-management education curriculum and begin imparting knowledge and positive self-management techniques to Medicare beneficiaries with diabetes and their families. As a Certified Diabetes Educator, the Health Disparities Quality Improvement Organization Support Center will link you to an Every Diabetic Counts QIO in your state.
